Age eligibility - Pre-Nursery
The child must be between 3 years and 4 years by 31st March 2012.
Or
Must be born between 1st April 2008 and 31st March, 2009.
Selection Criteria
The following applicants will be given admission in preference to the General Category :-
- Children of Alumni (ex-students of St. Kabir, Chandigarh who have passed Class X from the school)
- Sibling (Only real brother or sister) of student studying in St Kabir, Chandigarh)
- Ward of Teaching Staff/ Administrative Staff presently working in the school.
Note : Parents of Applicants of the above three categories are not required to be present in school on 26.11.2011.
The remaining applicants fall under the General Category
- The balance of seats will be filled up by drawing lots on 26th November, 2011 (Saturday) at 10.00 a.m. sharp.
- This process will take place on the school play field(entry from the rear gate)
- Parents to carry the registration slip issued to them by the school.
- Children are not required to accompany their parents on 26.11.2011.
- There shall be no waiting list.
Note : All categories of selected applicants must complete the admission formalities by 7.12.2011.
Failure to complete the formalities by 7th December 2011 shall result in the child’s forfeiting the right and claim to the seat. No extension for completing admission formalities will be given.
Note : Please deposit two recent passport size photographs and a photocopy of birth certificate
